Hawaii Tokyo Tomin-Kai (ハワイ東京都民会) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering friendship, cultural understanding, and community ties between the residents of Tokyo, Japan and the people of Hawaii.
Founded by Japanese residents and Hawaii community members, our organization serves as a cultural bridge — celebrating the deep historical bonds between Japan and Hawaii while creating new connections for future generations.
From cultural festivals and language programs to community gatherings and educational exchanges, we work to keep the spirit of Hawaii-Japan friendship alive and thriving in Honolulu.



Japanese language lessons, cultural workshops, and traditional arts programs for Hawaii residents of all backgrounds and ages.
